Dr. Cook has been in private practice in Midland since 1974. He is a West Texan from Garden City. Both his under graduate and graduate work was completed at the University of Houston College of Optometry. He has received his Ocular Therapeutics Certificate and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist Certificate. He lectures internationally to doctors in Australia, Canada, as well as nationally.
