I bought their zuchinni only to find it totally frozen and unable to separate it and eat only a small portion at a time. I then bought their spaghetti squash only to find it was in cubes and not spirals at all. Their customer service operator is an idiot, not interested in listening and giving refunds, only to hollering and being belligerent about understanding the problem.
