The Sciabica family is by far the oldest California olive oil producer. After 70+ years and 4 generations, they still produce the best olive oil. The olive tree may have been under cultivation since 3000 B.C., but the best olive oil in modern times wasn't produced until 1936. That year Nicola Sciabica began cold pressing olive oil in California. Nick Sciabica & Sons produces Sciabica's California 100% Extra Virgin Naturally Cold-Pressed Olive Oil.
