Color copies. Copy and bindery services. Fax. Scan and email. Commercial business and personal printing. Email documents to pick up later. Publisher Petroglyph Press is a family owned company that has been serving the Hilo community for over 52 years. Started in 1962, as a small commercial printing company and small book publisher, the business has evolved into a multi faceted company. Owners David and Christine Reed can help with any type of printing project. Petroglyph Press Publishing has a line of 15 books about Hawaii in print. The best seller is A Concise History of the Hawaiian Islands by Phil Barnes. Just released is an updated edition of the Hawaiian classic, Practical Folk Medicine of Hawaii by Likeke McBride. The company shares its location with Basically Books, more than a bookstore...a gathering of things Hawaiian.
