I have been a member for a few months. The prices are fair and the facility reasonably clean. Pro Tan WAS a friendly place where you didnt mind waiting on busy days and the staff was great. However, over the last couple of months the place has gone DOWN HILL FAST! The changes in the staff are horrible, RUDE and completely UNPROFESSIONAL. When you go in- no customers, it has to be from the complete lack of customer service on many levels. In this economy,if your going to spend money on tanning, I would choose a different place than Pro Tan. They dont appreciate your business, would rather facebook or argue....and after waiting 3 weeks for the manager to call me back in regards to my account, the bad habits obviously start at the top.
