New business development for small and medium size companies At New Business Associates we help company management teams develop a vision, goals and then detailed strategies and plans to achieve those goals when there is a desire to "expand" the business. If the company decides to move forward we then, upon request, help the firm implement their plan by providing part time or full time management of the new enterprise until the company is ready to assume full management responsibility.
