First of all, the owner is a Latinx woman who doesn't hire racists. Sounds like your witnesses are the person you brought with you to intimidate and get your way. You can check this business out on Google and see they are HIGHLY rated by nearly 200 people. Looks like this business has been accused of being racist, aggressive and overcharging by exactly two people on the same day and those people are you two who want to make trouble for a small business that does well without your business.

The owners name is Sonny. He was very unprofessional, disrespectful, rude af, RACIST, very combative and aggressive! This man started yelling being disrespectful, cussin/talkin over me all because yesterday over the phone I asked him how much he was charging me for labor/pricing initially (like any other human being) he then stated I was giving him a hard time for asking those questions. My guess is because he is used to telling women anything and they go with it. NOT I. Because he was over charging me and I told him I know about cars and pricing and it didn’t add up. He tried to charge me $500 more than what it should’ve been. When I went to pick up my car, he was very threatening, called me hella names & walked up on my car more than once and this is still after I already paid. I have several witnesses who can attest. I wouldn’t give ANY stars. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO AN ACTUAL PROFESSIONAL!!!!
