Since 1976 Ron Peake has been designing and building distinctive high quality homes in Wichita and the surrounding area. The company is family owned and operated. Ron holds a professional degree in Architecture and Community and Regional Planning from Kansas State University. Throughout his 33 years in business Wichita has benefited from his beautiful architectural designs. Ron has built in such notable places such as Lake Pointe, Shadybrooke, Pinehurst, and Foliage. To add to his design and build firm he has also become a developer. His first development was Remington Place and he is currently developing The Carriage Homes at Wilson Estates and Elk Creek.
