Dear Michael, Just a quick note of thanks for the opportunity to skate in your arena, so often people will instantly communicate problems and yet when everything is great they are silent. I would like to share with you the very cool experience we had at your rink. I do not know what your affiliation to the pro shop and the Mexican restaurant is but I can assure you both totally supported the rink. My wife and I got there early to find our way around, ended up in the pro shop and remarked to the gentleman running it about our drop in session. I asked what time he closed and it was prior to our Teams arrival as he did not have us on his schedule. This guy not only understood his product line but he basically said he would just stay open until our mob arrived. I cannot vouch for what they all bought but he got me for 200 bucks! Most places would have shrugged and said sorry our hours are X, he bent over backwards to provide both service and a great product. Please extend our thanks for both his time and understanding. Then we get to the actual skate time, the locker rooms were immaculate the whole thing was smooth as silk, the gentleman attending us was very professional and also very kind. None of us knew where we were and he tolerated a multitude of questions on a hundred topics. The rink is very clearly well ran and it showed. You guys have set the bench mark high!
