8/31/19 -I hired them to replace a WORKING jet water pump to a submersible water pump;. Asked twice to have him sign a contract. I watched them change the pressure tank in the house and left them alone (big mistake) to change the pump in the well. They hung around the well for about 1-2 hours. No paperwork given, no instructions what to do after installation, Nothing was different in the faucets after he left. It failed three weeks later, said he would come the following day, no show, refused to answer e-mail and phone call.. October 1 had another company pull up the pump (rusted pump( 2007 date). After it was replaced, was given paperwork, stickers. When water turned on, sputtering air in faucets, brown water, etc. and was told to run water for about three hours to clear out and clean faucet filters. HE NEVER CHANGED THE PUMP, just scammed me. He owe's me money for the bill I received to replace the pump. Update- REFUSES TO ANSWER BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU INQUIRY ABOUT THE MATTER.
