Donna M. Last year i used this service, Mr Holder in particular. Someone referred me to him. I had a problem with my ac and he came out and get it done on short notice. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My Insurance company approved for my A/C Unit to be fixed, I had been getting my A/C Unit serviced by Mr. Sam Holder for 2 years, and he declined to fix my unit after the Insurance company would not pay him 50% up front for the cost of the repair. This company must not have the money to put up front to start the service because for the 2 years that I have dealt with Mr. Holder and being a faithful customer I thought that he would have went ahead and fixed the unit, the check was in the mail and on the way, but I guess he did not have enough in the business to start the job, be careful of this company, he will always find something wrong with your A/C Unit.
