Donna M. Last year i used this service, Mr Holder in particular. Someone referred me to him. I had a problem with my ac and he came out and get it done on short notice. I really much appreciate that and would recomend him at that time until i had another experience with my heating system. I place a call to him on 1/16/2013 and told him briefly abt my problem, sd he wld try to get someone out that night and wld cll me bk, no one cll or come bk that night. the next morning i cll no answer left msg. At 932 kim cll and sd would com by in an hr did not get there until after 2pm it went bad from there, he came did something and it worked half the night, then by morning we were freezing again. I cll him back around 1015a 1/19 sd would be right over but never got there until after 2pm. He finally came back late sat 1/19but could not complete the job sd he needed a part he did have. He said would try to get it and cll me 1st thing sunday 1/20 I did not hear from him so i call him sunday 1/20 left msg never heard from him until now i still have not rec'd a call neither from him or mr holder.

Johnny Bryson I would highly recommend Save Brothers this company has save me big time. I've been a customer for little over 3 years. Mr Holder is a top notch tech.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. My Insurance company approved for my A/C Unit to be fixed, I had been getting my A/C Unit serviced by Mr. Sam Holder for 2 years, and he declined to fix my unit after the Insurance company would not pay him 50% up front for the cost of the repair. This company must not have the money to put up front to start the service because for the 2 years that I have dealt with Mr. Holder and being a faithful customer I thought that he would have went ahead and fixed the unit, the check was in the mail and on the way, but I guess he did not have enough in the business to start the job, be careful of this company, he will always find something wrong with your A/C Unit.

Great customer service!!!!! I had an awful experience before with a different company and called Save Brothers and they came out right away and fixed my air conditioner. I never do recommendations, but I love great customer service and a great price! thanks- N. Galvez
