Garry was able to help me in a real pinch on a Sunday afternoon as I was attempting to load data from a crashed computer to a new one. I had a jam-packed work week beginning on Monday morning and needed access to missing files, etc. that Sunday afternoon. Garry quickly and efficiently diagnosed and repaired the problems remotely in a short amount of time, and in the process saved me from a major headache! Thanks Garry!

I contacted Gary after not being able to download attachments on my email account. Gary trouble shot the problem in five minutes. It was not a computer issue, but an technical issue of the email provider. Very trustworthy and professional, didn't charge any fees.
