METCALFE IS LOSING CLIENTS BECAUSE OF KASEY CROSS's BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS Metcalfe Customers and Metcalfe technicians: KASEY CROSS SEEMS TO HAVE A SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROBLEM: THIS SERVICE MANAGER'S INCOMPETENCE, RUDENESS AND LACK OF RESPECT OF PEOPLE AND SCHEDULES SET IS SO ANNOYING. KASEY CROSS DOES NOT RETURN CLIENTS' CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER. KASEY CROSS INSULTS CUSTOMERS OR PUT PEOPLE ON HOLD FOR EVER. KASEY CROSS LIES A LOT. RECOMMANDATION: HIRE A TRUSTWORTHY SERVICE MANAGER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
