We contracted with M&S tree removal through our builder for clearing of our property in West Lakeland. Per M Schmidt's verbal agreement and written contract, services were not completed. He also stored his equipment on our property for approximately 9 months and was asked several times to move it and did not. We did not do our due diligence with this company. There are many Tree Clearing companies in the Stillwater, West Lakeland, Lake Elmo and Twin Cities area that do adhere to verbal and written contracts. Be sure you check companies thoroughly.
