Don't ever get behind their trucks. I got hit by a stone from an poorly secured load this am. Was told when I called that I could speak to someone named Bill Snyder but I would just be told to call my insurance. My insurance agent says they do it all the time and take no responsibility. Why should our insurance pay and drive up rates for everyone because they fail to secure their loads? How much integrity would you expect in the rest of their business? Doubt I'll even hear from Mr Snyder.
