I write this review with mixed emotions as I have used WOODCO in the last with no issues. However- our last experience with them has been horrible. The sales person is a very nice gentleman and for the most part I feel they keep him in the dark. Our flooring was scheduled to be delivered at the end of February or first week in March. Due to the bad weather we received in February of about one week- it was rescheduled for end of first week or second week in March. It has yet to be delivered and all they do is give us the runaround. We are in the business so understand what a one week delay due to weather can cause. But to be almost 45 days behind schedule and act oblivious is not acceptable. We still do not have a clear delivery date :(. They unfortunately do not have a sense of urgency for their customers :(. At this point in time- I cannot recommend them going forward
