Would I be ordering from Omaha Steaks if I were not a satisfied customer? It appears that Omaha Steaks keeps a complete file on every customer, containing personal information. Where is the respect for privacy? The background kept in my personal file indicated that I once made a complaint. That one complaint was exagerated to characterize me as a consistently dissatisfied customer. Omaha Steaks Solution: you're a troll and you're blacklisted. Remember the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld? "No soup for you!. Actually, until today, I was a very satisfied customer. The one problem I had was a problem with a revised. delivery commitment. I appealed to CEO Mr. Simon who resolved the issue to my satisfaction with a satisfactory delivery date and dinner at their expense. What was not to like??? Yesterday's appeal to Mr. Simon produced a defensive attitude that reaffirmed the draconian KGB-like behavior of Customer Service.
