RESOLUTION: Finally after filing with the Attorney general, BBB, and hiring a private attorney, 129 days later my consignment Spa was returned without any additional delivery charge. I am sure you all agree this was way to long, but finally it has been resolved.Fortunately This week I sold it myself on Craigslist for $1,200.00 The spa I purchased was repaired with the simple turn of a knob. Although I exerted an enormous amount of time, money and frustration over this experience, I stuck to making this right. The owner extended her apology by giving me a gift certificate to spend in her store which was about 1/3 of what my costs were to make up for the chemicals I personally had to purchase, plus parts, and labor to another dealer. I am so happy this finally was resolved. I thank- you all for your support through this ordeal. ============= This purchase is a devastation for me.
