Nothing has gone right with our pool build. We constantly get told different things by Salesperson, and project manager. Presidential Pools has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Which is funny because Tim Murphy, the founder and CEO states that "Taking care of everyone: customers, employees, vendors, and partners" is the strategy that has helped build his business" and that "his commitment to customers" is what has made him successful as an entrepreneur. You can read that interview here: ideamensch.com/tim-murphy This company has done nothing to make us happy from day one, unfortunately we went with them instead of some of the other companies we got bids from because we were dazzled by their beautiful showroom and "reputation". Well now I know why they are AZ's largest pool builder, they tell the customer what they want to hear up front to get a contract and then do nothing as they promise. So thanks Presidential Pools for building the pool YOU want to build in MY yard that I get to pay for!! Excavators damaged existing hardscape because they did not lay down a protective layer of dirt, we spoke to 3 different people at Presidential BEFORE anything started and was assured excavators would lay a protective layer of dirt-long story short, they did not (even when I specifically asked excavation crew before they started and they told me they would) then we were told it was our fault when a large portion of our existing hardscape was damaged (and we get to
