DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Not only did they show up an hour late with 2 vehicles instead of one for a late night flight to take our group, they did not take the midtown tunnel because they did not want to pay a $8 toll making our drive from JFK to Hoboken 4 hours as opposed to 1.5 hours. (which we obviously would have paid in a heartbeat) Additionally the driver did not pack the bags properly and a bag with fragile items fell out of the car when they opened the trunk and the items that were purchased internationally shattered. The company did not take any accountability for any of the above and continued to make statements saying it was my problem not theirs. They are horrible and are disrespectful!!!

BEWARE Do not use ( crooks) This review is being written to inform u ahead of time to prevent any one becoming a victim of these scammers. First of all let me remind u about their first rule to get a ride u need to provide a credit card which they say is for reservation purposes but in reality this info of yours will be used to black-mail u if u dispute their final prices after all surcharges. To get u in the car they will quote u 1 price but the moment u r in the driver calls in on the radio & the dispatch announces the final price including all extra surcharges on the 2 way radio. This is the point where u would really be mad because now all of a sudden the price agreed upon changes. @ this point if u call the company to discuss the price they initially try to completely ignore you, they hang up a couple of times before putting u on the long hold. They are basically testing your patience @ this point preparing u to say u refuse to pay the extra additional surcharges this when u will find out u just got scammed & if u say u r not going to pay the extra fee's, before the conversation is over they will run your card for an even higher price, now they charge you an additional 10% of the total as a credit card processing fee. As soon as the credit processing girl indicates the approval received, now the dispatch tone dramatically changes, here comes the threatening & the standard line they say we charged your card and have been paid for the ride, & they hang up.
