Design and Manufacture custom cutting tools for CNC turning centers, VMC, and Screw Machines as well as tooling for the wood milling industry. We design and manufacture custom tooling for CNC turning centers, VMC and Screw Machines. We make the following tooling: Carbide inserted form tools, special carbide inserted tool holders, counter-bores, recess tools, tre-pan tools, step drills, dovetail form & shave tools, special end mills and milling cutters, special grooveing tools, carbide insert corner rounding endmills and boreing bars. For our wood cutting tools we make Mill-To-Pattern knives, L-style bits, dovetail style bits and templates for T-G flooring, paneling, log cabin siding and log cabin profiles to name a few.
