When we told her that was unacceptable that we were supposed to be out of our place 2 days prior she arranged for a crew the next day. We were told that they would be on site at 8:30am. Well 8:30 came and went and NO crew. Had to call again. Again we got the run around, first story was driver overslept, 2nd story was they were on a prior move. Before 8:30 am??? really what time do you start 2am ? They finally got a crew to us at 10am. They are liars and poor business people. They do not care about their customers although their motto "movers that care" is on the back of all their trucks. JOKE!! ON top of all this we missed a day of work and NO DISCOUNT WAS GIVEN!!! Every family member and friend that we have told about this was horrified and could not believe what happened. Especially when they would not even offer a discount. I feel at the least my day of lost wages should be covered!!
