Terrible customer service! Due to poor workmanship they had to replace my new trailer. The second trailer has a ramp that is installed backwards. It took 4 months to get correct trailer and now 3 months later they still haven’t addressed backwards ramp. To make matters worse they have not paid shipping company for first trailer making me question their financial stability. Communication is poor and they rarely keep their commitments.
