I Had a Mackey made hat that the felt was coming out at the crown area I sent it back hoping something could be done but they said that insects probably ate the felt out, but I have 5 other felt's left hanging on the back porch and this is the only one bothered? I think the felt was pressed to make the hat and that it came apart. They told me they wouldn't do anything about it. That's too bad because I'm ready for another hat.
