At Cracks and Racks, you will find lifestyle enthusiasts that stand by the products we sell because we use them ourselves and know them well. Our commitment to providing you with the best value comes through not only our excellent, above-and-beyond customer service, but also our competitive prices. When it comes to receiving your order, 99% of our orders are shipped the same day as the order is placed. A rack purchase is an investment, and we provide a simple, worry-free return policy, and your only responsibility is getting the item back to us while we take care of the rest. You won’t have to deal with an automated system instructing you to press “1” for this or “5” for that – when you contact us we guarantee you personal, one-on-one attention from a real human being that is qualified to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your order. The foundation of our business at Cracks and Racks has earned us Thule’s coveted 5-Star Dealer Status. Visit us today at http://www.cracksandracks.com/ for more information.
