Longmont Meals on Wheels delivers meals to seniors and people with disabilities.
The goal of the program is to help low-income frail elderly to remain independent for as long as possible. The objectives are to improve their physical health by providing good nutrition and to improve their emotional health by lessening their isolation with daily visits.
