Medical and Surgical Care for the Foot and Ankle Dr. Maria Malone is a board certified diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine and a fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association. She received her doctorate in podiatric medicine from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine; she completed her post doctorate residency training in podiatric medicine at the Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago IL. She received her post doctorate surgical training at the Bon Secours Hospital in Baltimore MD and the Pittsburgh Podiatry Hospital in Pittsburgh PA. She completed a fellowship in foot surgery at the Connecticut Foot Surgery Center in Milford CT. Her residency training and professional focus have been centered on the diabetic foot, reconstructive foot surgery, surgical limb salvage and wound care. She has been in private practice since 1998.
