My fiancé hired Tom for general landscaping and lawn maintenance. During their first meeting, Toms price was too high for what we were looking for. We thanked him and went on with our business. A few short days later, Tom called us back and said he would do it for a set price, with zero pressure from us. Prior to him starting, our ONLY request was to be mindful of the landscaping lights and sprinkler heads. During the first two weeks he ran over both the sprinkler and lights. We asked him to replace the light. You think that we would have asked him to hide a dead body. He did not and taped it with electrical tape. Which obviously doesn’t fix a smashed light from a lawn mower. When we asked about it, he brought up his monthly price which he said was bad business. He is the one who came up with that number!!! This gardener comes and goes when he wants. And has no care for your property! Do what you want with this info.
