Buddy Scott and his staff were a godsend to our family when our teenaged grandchild was going through a rough patch. He relates so well to teens, and was able to help our grandchild grow into a happy confident young person, who just finished Brazosport College and is headed off to complete a 4 year degree. When I was searching for a counselor for my teenage daughter several people recommended Buddy Scott at His Love Counseling. In fact, he was the only counselor recommended in the entire area. I made the appointment, brought my forlorn daughter who vowed she wouldn't say anything, and after only one hour her total demeanor had changed. It's like the light came on and she realized a stronger purpose in life and the importance of getting along with family and making wise choices. His Love Counseling Services was an amazing blessing to our family in 1996. Buddy Scott was an excellent counselor to myself, my husband and to my daughter. One of their other counselors who counseled my daughter bought some time for us as a family to get some new bearing and confidence to continue the path we had begun with. The process made a notable positive difference in our family. Buddy Scott's book, Relief for Hurting Parents began to profoundly impact our parenting and family for good and continues to until now.
