They are thief’s do not trust or believe them. My car was parked yesterday evening on the corner of kings highway and was hit by a TLC driver who fell asleep behind the wheel. I was told by the police officer on scene my car had to be towed. He then proceeded to call this towing company. When they put my car on the truck they made me sign a pink paper giving them authorization to tow it. On the pink slip it clearly states a 125 tow fee and 25 dollars per day for storage. Which should be a total of 150 dollars. When I arrived to the location to pick up the car and bring it to another shop the skinny gentleman with the curly hair and glasses told me it would be 700 dollars to get my car out. When I asked him to explain how he came up with that price he immediately began to have a horrible attitude. He then proceeded to threaten to charge me more which I have on video. He also threatened me by saying now I will not be able to get my car out. They are extorting people that have no choice but to use there towing company. I filed a complaint with 311 and also spoke with police officers in an attempt to obtain a police report. The police officers agreed the gentleman had a horrible attitude and was trying to charge me more with a different companies name on the receipt. Being that it’s a city tow they are supposed to provide you with a DARP receipt which they refused to provide me with. A city tow is never supposed to cost 700. THIEVES
