I grew up in this trailer park as a kid it was a great place I rode bikes, shot hoops, watched the goats (no longer there)hung out with friends people for the most part look out for one another, my dad most of the time knew if I did something wrong before I ever got home, I am 33 now and I think about this place all the time I've known Jerry most of my life I grew up with his kids he's a genuinely hilarious good hearted person. It isn't perfect but trust me as a parent I couldn't think of a better little community to raise kids- Big Cody

When I was looking for a place timberline village had an available mobile home ready. I could tell the floors were redone the walls were freshly painted the bathroom was freshly remodeled and it was such a cute spacious trailer. Jerry Is the Property manager and is an upfront honest guy! He keeps the park clean and free of drama. This is definitely a safe place to live considering Jerry's one of Jerry's concern is to keep the children safe. I didn't have any issues with the mobile home it was very well-kept and I recommend this place for anyone looking for a home.

This mobile home park is the best in the Haughton area as far as I am concerned. They try to make sure everything in the mobile home is nice and working for the renter. The owners fix anything broken as soon as they possibly can unlike some landlords. They care about the renters safety and well being.
