Not only did was he unresponsive and slow to do the work. He did not show up on days he said he would, and when project was almost done he did not finished and just told me I was not charged for the part that was uncompleted after 5 months of ignoring me. He was rude, always blamed everything on something else. There were days he would be here working and complaining about other jobs or projects he had on the side. Now he refuses to finish the project, claiming it his right to not complete it. This was all after we had already discussed other potential projects to have completed. NEVER USE JEFF SISSION.
