Absolutely awful! They are the most dishonest and unethical contractor I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I caught both Wayne and his wife, Polly, in numerous lies. It took them 7 months to finally finish the job replacing 34 windows in my two story residential home! Here are some highlights of our misery: My contract specifically included all new wood trim and metal flashing around the windows. However, they reinstalled some of the old trim that was damaged during the removal process by the hammers and pry bars as well as the old bent metal flashing. Wayne would never returned my phone calls about the problems and when I finally got to talk to him and ask him why they would do something in direct conflict to the contract he told me he “thought he could get away with it.” Instead of apologizing and accepting responsibility he proceeded to blame me and everyone else for his problems. Extremely unethical and unprofessional. Additionally, they increased the price of the metal flashing that was specifically included in the original contract when they requested final payment. They dishonestly claimed it was “extra work.” They also claimed windows cost more than they actually did, which was easy to catch them in the lie since they provided me the true cost of the windows early on. There were too many problems to go into details about here. I will refrain in an effort to keep this short. Overall, it was an absolutely miserable experience.
