First of all I recommend going to ANY other place than this one. The facility is dirty and the staff is no better. The customer service was terrible. I got a call to pick up a breathing machine that is medically needed and was told that I needed to make an appointment to pick it up, which I did. I showed up and was handed a used machine with animal hair all over it and told that they did not have the right hose for the machine and the lady went and retrieved a hose not suited for this machine and handed it to me. She was an older women who did not have all the information and made me sign for the equipment but neglected to put down a serial number on the paperwork. Her clothing was dirty and looked like there was food and stains on them and her fingernails were also extremely filthy and she was handling the machine and the face mask part and this made me extremely uncomfortable. Another employee, a male (Luke), then proceeded to ask me if anyone ever made fun of my name. I found the entire experience horrible and would have liked to have left the equipment there but it is needed. Overall, I would strongly recommend going absolutely anywhere else for your respiratory needs.

Go ElSEWHERE for your respiratory services. We came away at discharge from YRMC for O2 services (procured by our nursing staff) from this business. Had I had the time or energy to research for businesses at that time, I would have done so. Delivery of the products to our home was timely, and a fairly brief discussion about use occurred. We knew we would only need the O2 for 30 days or less. At about day 25, my husband called and requested that the equipment be picked up. The employee said they COULD NOT pick it up, but that we could return it. So, thats what we did. All 25 or so pieces of various equipment. Approximately 2 weeks later, we arrived home to find a hang tag on our door indicating AllCare had been there to pickup the equipment. We called, advised that we had returned all items, and eventually the employee found the computer record of the return. It did NOT end there. Today, about 2 more weeks after our last contact with the business, they called to pick up the equipment. We advised them about the previous contacts. We were advised there was no record of the return to be located. They requested we email a copy of the return paperwork, which we then proceeded to do. Never have we encountered such poor customer service.
