We just returned from a Panama Cruise. Cindy with Graff Travel was amazing. Decorations on stateroom doors -- everyone from staff to other passengers commented every day on the decorations. She arranged excursions, specialty dining reservations, and best of all reservations in the Sanctuary for two days while at sea. One of the guests in our group was a runner up for the Voice at Sea. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Our vacation started the day we gave her a call. The details were unbelievable -- she truly is amazing and very professional. We wouldn't call anyone else -- she is our travel agent forever!
