It takes 45 minutes for the face, neck, scalp and shoulders, or you can add 15 minutes of reflexology or massage of the feet for a full hour session. Reflexology helps relieve pain, improves circulation, induces deep relaxation and helps normalize the body naturally, so your symptoms of health conditions may ease. Body maps and specific techniques are used. It is not massage. A full session is a full hour, but 30 minute sessions are available. Massage is great for relaxing the muscles, reducing pain, improving circulation and helping boost the immune system.
