Face-lift massage is wonderfully relaxing, includes products to help tone and smooth wrinkles. The face-lift massage of the face helps reduce tension, which helps reduce wrinkles as the muscles relax. It is great for sinus problems, jaw pain and fantastic for calming the nerves and helping ease depression. Received weekly for 4-6 sessions, and then once or twice a month will help keep the muscles relaxed and help you look younger and more relaxed. It takes 45 minutes for the face, neck, scalp and shoulders, or you can add 15 minutes of reflexology or massage of the feet for a full hour session. Reflexology helps relieve pain, improves circulation, induces deep relaxation and helps normalize the body naturally, so your symptoms of health conditions may ease. Body maps and specific techniques are used. It is not massage. A full session is a full hour, but 30 minute sessions are available. Massage is great for relaxing the muscles, reducing pain, improving circulation and helping boost the immune system. It is great for many things, even helps prepare you for surgery, and post surgery is good too, though reflexology helps to balance the body and can be used pre and post surgery to get your system back on its feet. The combo of energy work (like Reiki and quantum touch) with Swedish massage of the limbs and back and reflexology on the face, ears, hands and feet, is called PEH, or Physical and Emotional Harmony. It is incredibly relaxing, helps ease distressing emotions, and helps open and balance the chakras and body's systems.
