This Company is a terrible Company to work for,I worked there for 6 yrs as a welder/fabricator,and watched as many employees were fired because they didn't make it into the good ole boys club in the Mersino family,It didn't matter if you were an excellent employee who really gave 100% to do you're job to the best of you're ability,if you didn't suck up you were eventually let go,Management was a joke,especially in the pump building dept,Gino Mersino the son of the owner,became the so called president of the Company and it really took a nose dive!! I could go on and on,but if you want to spare yourself a lot of grief and misery, not to mention being treated like garbage I suggest that anyone and everyone stay away from this pathetic excuse for a Company,its not worth it!!!!!
