Management has gotten incredibly much better since we got rid of Meadow Management and switched to Westford Real Estate Management. Night and day. The property managers are polite and prompt. No gaslighting! I sent an email about a problem during a storm at 8PM on a Friday night, not expecting to hear back until Monday, but they sent someone over Friday night in less than 30 minutes. They did a good job with repairs that had been neglected for a long time under the previous management. The board, on the other hand, is not particularly connected to the community. Phone calls are rarely, if ever, returned. Work is done in haste and favoritism to condo "board members" is rampant. Suggestions to better the grounds in any small way is met with such resistance as to think the residents had suggested putting a Superfund under the parking lot. Assumingly, Jim the owner, hires this band of clowns.....backs them up and makes excuses. One would think we weren't actual owners and taxpayers considering the lack of respect and indifference all around.
