Dr. Bui secured his undergraduate from UC Irvine in California. After competing with over 100 out of state students, Dr. Bui was one of two non-state applicants accepted in to the prestigious UTHSCSA in San Antonio, TX. This was consider the top dental school in the Unites States at that time.
