This is a horrible store. I went to the one on Curtis/Fairview. Before purchasing an item there, I specifically asked if what their return policy was because I wasn't sure that it would work on my phone. Both clerks there (a loud and obnoxious man and a girl) said that as long as I came back with the receipt and the item within 30 days, that it would be returnable. Well, I went exactly 7 days later with my receipt and item (still in the box) and they said they couldn't give me credit. Their merchandise is over priced and their customer service sucks. Avoid this store like the plague, people!!!
