It is sad that a company takes advantage of people. This company is one of them, the bottom line is greed, poor customer service and that is my opinion. Suggest people look elsewhere to get their repairs and installations done, this company is not a professional one. Concerned Buyer

I absolutely would never recommend this company.I was givin a gift and blessing for me with my mother in laws old heating system.When they paid for a complete new system through lockwood.I have lupus and no heating system at all in my home.They were informed of this when i went to retrieve the old units givin to me.They grabbed up the units and strongarmed against us as we protested to leave them.They strapped them on their truck and left the job just to secure my property for their own.Now instead of a blessing for me i will suffer again in the cold months.Hope you get a dollar or two from it lockwood great business.NOT
