Harvey Elfman led my family on for over a month, waste of time. Offered to rent from him AND fix the home he owns as sweat equity as it was the only way a human could live in that home. It is literally falling apart yet we looked forward to the opportunity to help make it livable as it is in a good neighborhood. Hes allowing this property to be fall apart and he relys on some hack handyman to not only scam him but turned us away because this so called handyman felt threatened by my husbands skillset to improve the property. Weeks of going back and forth with Elfman resulted in nothing but lies, and in the end wasted our time, he refused to see the offers we made as a plus. He has zero professionalism or courtesy. The board of health needs to be contacted on this property, what a disgrace!
