Service at its worst! The owner of this company is very rude and doesnt care too much about good customer service. We had been his customer for over 10 years and I called him because he shipped me some products that were broke. The owner, Rick Barbero, decided that fixing the problem was not worth his time. He said that he would brather close my account then take care of a problem that would have cost around $45.00. He also stated that my company does not do enough business with him for him to worry about fixing the problem. I looked back at my records and saw that I spent about $1300 with him last year and about $645.00 so far this year. Over the last 10 years I have spent close to $10,000 with his company. So, I relaize that I am not a huge customer for him, but I did not expect to be treated in the matter that I was. I have a small power equipment company, I have customers that spend over a 100k a year with me and I have customers that spend $10 with me. Yes, I do give more attention the custostomers that spend more with me, but I would never treat a customer that did a small amount of business with me with disrespect. I am a 35 years old and getting ready to purchase the company from my father, I have always enjoyed purchasing my goods from local suppliers. I feel that they offer great service and can usually help me out when I am in a pinch. Even when the local supplier is a little higher on price, I know that buying local helps the community and is good

Service at its BEST!!!! Rick and Chris are always helpful and a great source of information. I order from them weekly and our shipments always come in packed well and items are not broke. On the off occasion that I have had a shortage or broken part, Rick or Chris send out the replacement immediately or credit my account. LOVE doing business with these guys!!!
