Although the techs arrived unexpectedly, they did the work, kept everything clean. I find fault with invoice. Date of Service 1/13, date payment due 1/10 (huh?). received invoice in mail on 1/17. Received a call re status of payment on 1/24. Invoice did not include tech hours, nor phone for point of contact for questions. Summary: like the service, accounting procedures not so much. Might even go elsewhere next time (I have 16 sprinkler heads and this was only at 5 yrs post install).
