Awful company to deal with - many complaints on citysearch. Will not pay legitimate claims

This company has been fined by the state at least once, and experiencing their claims process explains why.
I was rear ended by one of their customers - even with a police report and the other driver cited, they tried to question the situation.
If you have to deal with them get legal counsel immediately.
