I just wanted to write in to the BBB and highly recommend Lake City Glass and commend the owner Carl for the excellent customer service his company provided. Although their company's name is all about glass, they were recommended to me by my home owner's insurance agent to repair my garage door. They did not initially install my doors years ago, but came out several times in 2011 to address a broken spring and faulty remotes and my concerns with how the door was functioning with a lot of noise. They were persistently available until my problems were solved with the door. Their price for parts and installation were very reasonable. They stood behind their work and continued to be available at no charge to make sure the installed parts were working correctly. I would highly recommend them for garage door installation and repair.

Well after 7 weeks and still no piece of tempered glass, granted they have to order it they dont actually keep it in the shop. I finally called back and asked what was going on. The first story was the glass was sent wrong then shattered on shipment then ordered wrong again, the company didnt ship it, then crackedand then we have a check for you for the amount of the glass. Still does not help me out. I made a dinner table and I was finishing it with glass or I thought I was. Now to get my check and find another glass compnay that will not give me the run around. I wish I could recommend this company as it is local but, ya no I would not recommend this company especially if you are in a hurry for the glass or are seeking tempered glass.
