The service people and office staff are generally very friendly and try to do a good job. Our issue is with the scheduling for Sierra Rewards Members. If you pay the monthly charge to be a Rewards Member, the web site claims that you get priority scheduling. This is patently false. It is still first-come, first-served no matter whether you are a member or not. We confirmed this on the phone with the office staff. This is something that needs to be removed from the web site since many people like us signed up for their membership based on this completely false information. This is taken directly from their web site: First claim: PRIORITY SERVICE - Get 'front-of-the-line' premium service with guaranteed repair response times Second claim: As a Sierra Rewards Member, you have priority scheduling for all appointments. Not true.
