Bad service, broken promises, poor management is what I can say about this business. No matter when they tell you something will be ready; it won't be. Whenever I order something from here I have to call and call then finally harass them to get the product. Once completed, the work looks great. Today the reason for the delay is a child's illness. Last week it was because some one did not show up. They forget and use these excuses over and over.
